Rules Of Being A Human

Something I read yesterday and really linked it, so posting it here

1.     You will receive a body. You may like it or hate it, but it's yours to keep for the entire period.

2.     You will learn lessons. You are enrolled in a full-time informal school called, "life."

3.     There are no mistakes, only lessons. Growth is a process of trial, error, and experimentation. The "failed" experiments are as much a part of the process as the experiments that ultimately "work."

4.     Lessons are repeated until they are learned. A lesson will be presented to you in various forms until you have learned it. When you have learned it, you can go on to the next lesson.

5.     Learning lessons does not end. There's no part of life that doesn't contain its lessons. If you're alive, that means there are still lessons to be learned.

6.     "There" is no better a place than "here." When your "there" has become a "here", you will simply obtain another "there" that will again look better than "here."

7.     Other people are merely mirrors of you. You cannot love or hate something about another person unless it reflects to you something you love or hate about yourself.

8.     What you make of your life is up to you. You have all the tools and resources you need. What you do with them is up to you. The choice is yours.

9.     Your answers lie within you. The answers to life's questions lie within you. All you need to do is look, listen, and trust.

10.     You will forget all this.

Thanks for sharing such a wonderful list. My favorite is number 8 - What you make of your life is up to you. You have all the tools and resources you need. What you do with them is up to you. The choice is yours.

I follow simple rules that have always made sure that I am successful in whatever I do - do everything with sincerity and never be the reason of sadness in anyone's life.

Demystifying The 4:00 am Morning Routine

What happens when you get up early? That’s a question I have researched many times. I like getting up early and knowing that it does good for my body & mood; I get that extra strength to keep this habit. In this article, I explore some of the deeper mysteries of how the mind works when it is activated earlier than usual. Hope you feel as inspired reading it as much as I loved writing it. Making the morning routine To those who can get up early without setting alarm, I say you are blessed. Not many have that much of control over the self. To me, the greatest thing that made me develop this habit was reframing my idea of it. I had tried everything. From putting up a running gear in bed for the morning to setting puzzles as the alarm on the phone, I did it all. Some days I got up before the alarm even rang, but other days were a pain. I slogged out of bed, put down the alarm, and slept again. The intoxicating morning sleep had me in its ever-long grasps. Every night I wo...

Behaviors That Help Develop Personal Accountability

Embarking on a journey towards personal accountability involves a fusion of ancient wisdom and modern psychology. Research illuminates the transformative impact of spirituality and meditation , guiding individuals toward heightened self-awareness and moral clarity. Research underscores the role of specific behaviors in personal accountability (Johnson & Brown, 2019). Engaging in continuous self-reflection and goal-setting fosters personal growth (Williams et al., 2020). Additionally, accountability is cultivated through transparent communication and a commitment to ethical decision-making (Smith, 2018). By intertwining the practices mentioned in these research papers with stress management techniques, individuals forge a resilient mindset, enabling them to navigate challenges with composure. The tapestry of personal accountability also weaves through behavioral choices, emphasizing transparent communication and ethical decision-making. As we unravel the layers of spirituality, med...
