Do you sometimes
feel drained out even when you haven’t done much work? Are the situations
weighing you down? Do you spend sleepless nights worrying about what will happen to
your kids after you are gone?
Does any of
this make you feel lonely?
There is a
hidden energy crisis in our world today. The high-tech society has lost touch with
the emotional and spiritual aspects of our personalities. Information bombardment
on mobile, TV, Netflix, e-mails, and faxes have burned us deeply into techno-induced despair. We know everything, yet we are hollow. We have enough to eat,
yet we want more. The alarming thing is we have taken this tiring, joyless state of
existence as the ‘new normal'. We have accepted that some days are not ours. The
energy depletion is so much that we don’t care about anything else except ‘self’.
There’s a
war going on in Ukraine. We created a few tweets, signed some useless online
petitions, criticized the political regime, and our duty was done. People are
dying of hunger somewhere, but that doesn’t stop us from indulging in weekend feasts.
Domestic violence is on rise, but it's better to turn a blind eye. The parents
with mentally retarded children are crying for help, but someone else will step
up.
Why?
“Because it’s
not my calling.” – The most useless term our generation has learnt to ignore its
responsibility.
Why?
“Because
what can we do anyway?”
But we can.
We can
bring a change around us. It doesn’t need to be drastic. Slow & steady,
little pieces of help, cooperation with self and others. These aren’t big
things, but they need commitment. These little things not only will help you to
alleviate tensions, but also create a life that nurtures and supports you.
As a
meditationer, with fifteen years in practice, I believe the most profound transformations
take place in the most simplest ways. Your mind has the power to set you up on
a path and explore the hidden treasures of emotional healing. You heal yourself;
the world automatically heals. That’s the law of nature. It is dominated by the feelings
of love, forgiveness, and the power to accept. You can soar into the higher dimension,
be part of swirling invisible energy fields and shape the thoughts of
people around you.
The secret to
expanding a positive aura has been taught in Rajyoga meditation. It is your guide to
the unseen realm of building positivity and turning negativity around.
Energy comes
from what you consume. This includes food, thoughts & extensive rays of
energy fields that your five senses come in contact with. Harnessing this
energy with the feelings of compassion, acceptance and courage create your
aura. It makes you a supportive person with a deep capacity of tolerance and a
sense of generating creative thoughts that bring peace to others. These thoughts
are easy to create once you develop a practice of them.

You've got to learn the way to forgive others. There is no other way to live a peaceful & happy life. We all have been cheated in one way or another. We accept it & move on. Forget past. Just move on.
