  • Take out a minute to run from fear

  • Tell our loved ones how much we adore them

  • Smile at every neighbour we see

  • Take an appointment with ourselves to sit in peace for 10 minutes

  • Call our parents and enquire if they have been keeping well

  • Promise to help a human being in need today

  • Make our life’s best day!
