Never let anyone turn you around

Life is full of surprises. At one moment you could have everything and at other - nothing. Having worked as a freelancer for years, I have learned a lesson - If you want to live happily, never let anyone turn you around".

When you take a step towards new heights, you'll meet people willing to pull you down - simply for the fun of watching you scramble. In the world we live in, only the true leaders can see situations as a challenge. Only one belief keeps them running - Life has a very fair accounting system. Caring for others is always going to pay. The difficult times are the exact times to be generous. Be generous with your time, money, feelings, emotions, care, car, home, people - everything! Don't lock what you don't use behind the cupboards. Give away your gifts. Be philanthropic with your attention.  When the whole world is shrinking its vision, its the time for some to play it forward. Begin the reinvestment in simple acts of kindness and see your efforts getting logged into the social accounting system.

Falling in line doesn't mean giving up personal convictions. Design your own terms. Watch your WATCH - Wishes, A - actions, T - time, C - Character, H - Habits

Dear Nitima,

Giving away freely is something that I practice too, though sometimes I find myself missing the objects I have given. I work with many charities and we have worked extensively to raise awareness for the campaigns like Haiti Relief Fund, CRY, Montreal's City Awareness and found that people are generally very receptive to ideas like these.

Demystifying The 4:00 am Morning Routine

What happens when you get up early? That’s a question I have researched many times. I like getting up early and knowing that it does good for my body & mood; I get that extra strength to keep this habit. In this article, I explore some of the deeper mysteries of how the mind works when it is activated earlier than usual. Hope you feel as inspired reading it as much as I loved writing it. Making the morning routine To those who can get up early without setting alarm, I say you are blessed. Not many have that much of control over the self. To me, the greatest thing that made me develop this habit was reframing my idea of it. I had tried everything. From putting up a running gear in bed for the morning to setting puzzles as the alarm on the phone, I did it all. Some days I got up before the alarm even rang, but other days were a pain. I slogged out of bed, put down the alarm, and slept again. The intoxicating morning sleep had me in its ever-long grasps. Every night I wo...

Behaviors That Help Develop Personal Accountability

Embarking on a journey towards personal accountability involves a fusion of ancient wisdom and modern psychology. Research illuminates the transformative impact of spirituality and meditation , guiding individuals toward heightened self-awareness and moral clarity. Research underscores the role of specific behaviors in personal accountability (Johnson & Brown, 2019). Engaging in continuous self-reflection and goal-setting fosters personal growth (Williams et al., 2020). Additionally, accountability is cultivated through transparent communication and a commitment to ethical decision-making (Smith, 2018). By intertwining the practices mentioned in these research papers with stress management techniques, individuals forge a resilient mindset, enabling them to navigate challenges with composure. The tapestry of personal accountability also weaves through behavioral choices, emphasizing transparent communication and ethical decision-making. As we unravel the layers of spirituality, med...
