COURAGE UNLIMITED

Today when we see global economies tumbling down, it’s natural to be gripped by the fear of recession. My concern is a small one. I want to know if we have enough courage to sail through this period of uncertainty? I read a very disturbing article this morning about how people worldwide are losing confidence in government systems. Well, just a request them– be patient at this hour of time, and you will remain to see the wonderfulness that this time will bring to our children. Remain brave and do not let your courage leave you.

Courage, my friends, is not the absence of fear but the willingness to walk on the path that is not very well laid. You ride on it through the fear, in pursuit of your goals that means life to you. Living in comfortable safety of the known is like ‘living dead’, when there are no more challenges to conquer. Fun of life is to let your heart beat strong into the territory on the unknown and explore places/vision for something which is deviated from the usual. Everybody follows a set pattern of life, are you making any difference to it? You ask this question to yourself to know what your real goals are. Courage is the adventure of living, the thrill of life – do not let it go ever!!

What beautiful words of encouragement. This is what the world needs rather than the paranoia the media feeds. Thank you and have a spectacular day!

Current economic conditions are due to both a lack of good financial judgment as well as a lack of courage. As each piece of bad news fuels more fear, stock markets drop and the threat of recession spreads.

John Steinbeck’s novel, “The Grapes of Wrath,” follows the struggles of a courageous family, the Joads, during America’s great depression in the 1930s. Traveling from Oklahoma to California, they help the people they meet, and those people help them. Courage means reaching out beyond yourself, to your family, your neighbors, your society.

Greed caused this mess. Only selflessness can get us out of it.

Demystifying The 4:00 am Morning Routine

What happens when you get up early? That’s a question I have researched many times. I like getting up early and knowing that it does good for my body & mood; I get that extra strength to keep this habit. In this article, I explore some of the deeper mysteries of how the mind works when it is activated earlier than usual. Hope you feel as inspired reading it as much as I loved writing it. Making the morning routine To those who can get up early without setting alarm, I say you are blessed. Not many have that much of control over the self. To me, the greatest thing that made me develop this habit was reframing my idea of it. I had tried everything. From putting up a running gear in bed for the morning to setting puzzles as the alarm on the phone, I did it all. Some days I got up before the alarm even rang, but other days were a pain. I slogged out of bed, put down the alarm, and slept again. The intoxicating morning sleep had me in its ever-long grasps. Every night I wo

Behaviors That Help Develop Personal Accountability

Embarking on a journey towards personal accountability involves a fusion of ancient wisdom and modern psychology.
